I suffered with Rheumatoid Arthritis for several years before discovering Dr. Caceres. I had tried everything from Methotrexate, Prednisone, and even gave myself 2 injections of Enbrel each week for a year. Nothing helped. All of the drugs with their various side effects failed to improve my quality of life. I still required assistance getting up from a chair, I couldn't drive because of the severe muscle pain and I couldn't walk long enough to shop.
My experience with Bloomingdale Acupuncture has been miraculous! People who saw me a year ago and then now can't believe the difference! I am driving again (my husband threatened to take away the keys so I could get some work done LOL), I can walk the entire grocery store and I have started pool exercises and more.

My first experience with acupuncture was remarkable. I had had a terrible toothache for over 3 days, and took pain medications until I was sure I had damaged my kidney or my liver— I had so much pain that I couldn't’t contain my tears! I though I knew about acupuncture, but I had no idea how it worked or what it could do. I was ready to try anything! Dr. Caceres saw me in such pain, that he took my hand, he pressed some points in my hand --really hard— I actually was upset to think he was pressing my hand to get rid of my toothache!-- After a minute, I felt something popped inside my tooth. Incredible!! I kept waiting for the pain to return… but it never did!!!! I am a firm believer in the wonders of acupuncture—even for a condition you would never imagine it could help!
